Our abayas are made to order, and according to the executive regulations of the e-commerce system, products that are made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.
In order to ensure the quality of our products, we allow the return or exchange of products that arrive to you damaged or do not match your order within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition and has not been used, and that it is wrapped in the original packaging.
The defect is explained by attaching a photo. If there is a difference in the sizes from those shown on the Instagram page, the piece is measured in inches and a photo is attached that explains the problem.
If the order is delayed for more than 3 days, there will be no exchange or refund.
The store has the right to inspect the product before accepting the exchange or return to ensure the safety of the product.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Excess sewing threads are not considered a defect that requires replacement or return, as they can be easily cut by the customer.
